📌 Overview
As part of a live case evaluation for a Project Manager role at Publicis Sapient, I was given a prompt to conceptualize and structure a complete Digital Transformation RFP for GloboMart, a fictional enterprise-scale retail brand.
🎯 Business Objective
To help GloboMart modernize its digital ecosystem, unify customer experience across web & mobile, and enable data-driven growth via scalable e-commerce infrastructure.
🧠 My Approach
- Discovery Framing: Scoped out stakeholders, pain points (legacy CMS, siloed inventory systems, lack of mobile-first design), and transformation triggers.

- Executive Summary
- Business & Technical Requirements
- Functional Objectives (Product discovery, cart, omnichannel checkout)
- Tech Recommendations (Composable architecture, microservices, headless CMS)

- Agile Program Plan: Built a 3-phase roadmap: Audit → Pilot → Scale
- Governance Model: Highlighted my PM skills with clear RACI chart, sprint cadence, and change management handling.
